Sweet Alchemy is a mainly plant-based(and always vegetarian) kitchen creating scrumptious treats and conscious eats for all to enjoy.

We offer a variety of prepared frozen foods filled with as many local and organic veggies and proteins as we can rustle up depending on the time of year. As a young family we know how hard it can be to find the time to cook fresh and healthy meals every day especially if you have dietary restrictions or preferences. We are excited to craft delicious meals that you can stock your freezer or fridge with to add a little more ease to your weeks-and better yet they can appeal to all eaters! Everything is made scrupulously from scratch, from vibrant sauces and curries, to our beloved gluten free and vegan baked goods we have been baking and selling for 11 years. Our food offerings are made with an insistence on excellence and simplicity to elevate humble vegetables and grains into surprisingly delicious dishes. We believe that eating fresh, clean and thoughtfully prepared  foods have a huge impact on our health both physically and mentally. We grow many of our own vegetables and herbs and source everything else in season from local farms and producers. Showcasing Vermonts bounty is a truly joyful part of this process.
