We are not a gluten-free or nut-free facility. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination on our shared equipment but are happy to walk you through exactly how something is prepared so you can make an informed decision if you do have an allergy to something we use. Please let us know while placing your order if you have any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate you! Our kitchen may not be suitable for those with celiac disease or nut allergies. We do have a dedicated gluten-free toaster. Please get in touch with any questions!

ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS: We are proud to use almost 100% organic and non GMO ingredients. We source our potatoes, carrots, cabbage, winter squashes, sweet potatoes, all purpose flour, black beans, wheat flour wraps, corn tortillas and tofu locally and organically year round except for the occasional gaps between the end of the storage crops and the new harvests! Our greens, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs come from either our own garden or local organic farms when in season, and out of season from organic farms nationwide. We use only 100% organic oils, seeds, nuts, chocolate, gluten free flours, frozen and fresh fruits, nut milks, maple syrup and teas. Our coffee is ethically sourced but not all organically certified. We are proud to make and bake everything in house from scratch from our sauces, slow cooked black beans to our house made bread and many treats.
