ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS: We are proud to use almost 100% organic and non GMO ingredients. We source our potatoes, carrots, cabbage, winter squashes, sweet potatoes, all purpose flour, black beans, wheat flour wraps, corn tortillas and tofu locally and organically year round except for the occasional gaps between the end of the storage crops and the new harvests! Our greens, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs come from either our own garden or local organic farms when in season, and out of season from organic farms nationwide. We use only 100% organic oils, seeds, nuts, chocolate, gluten free flours, frozen and fresh fruits, nut milks, maple syrup and teas. Our coffee is ethically sourced but not all organically certified. We are proud to make and bake everything in house from scratch from our sauces, slow cooked black beans to our house made bread and many treats.
Current farms, local producers and distributors we work with: All Souls Tortilleria, Vermont Bean Crafters, Pumpkin Village Foods, Vermont Soy, Lewis Creek Farm, Jericho Settlers Farm, Pitchfork Farm+ Pickle, Rugged Ridge Forest, Laughing Child Farm, Black River Produce, Paradiso Farm Coffee and Sawdog Coffee Roasters.
